Nr. 33

Designer: Georg Polzin (1936), Dr. Rainer Eckert (2004)

Revised flying wing model according to a construction plan of 1936 with a span of 1600 mm for slope and thermal flight. The model is created in mixed construction of plywood, balsa wood and pine strips.

The excavated hull according to the plan now consists of 2 layers of balsa and plywood and a plywood planking.

The model is very transport-friendly, as the wings are connected to the hull via a 3mm steel wire connector.

The very good flight characteristics can be improved by the use of winglets (included).
